Theory
Flexibility is a key factor to any golf swing. If you lack the flexibility to properly wind up your body you will never get the distance you desire or gain any satisfaction with your shots. Becoming more flexible will ease your stiff back, enhance your posture, relax your body and lower your handicap. For rhythm rotation and results you need to be flexible. The stronger and more flexible your hips and shoulders are and the better your balance is the better player you will become. A controlled hip turn with a big shoulder rotation creates a bigger differential between the hips and shoulder (X Factor Stretch) creating more coil and more power.
Exercise
To increase shoulder flexibility lie on a Swiss ball while keeping your lower body stable. Using a weight extend your arms up and then rotate your arms to the right maintaining a stable lower body hold for 5 seconds and feel the stretch. Repeat on the other side.

This looks like an excellent shoulder flexibility / mobility exercise. I'll be giving it a try in the next day or so!
