Stuart Appleby emerged victorious in the JBWere Masters with two birdies on the closing holes, but Tiger Woods stole much of the limelight with a superb final round at the Victoria Golf Club yesterday.
Appleby shot a six-un
der 65 to finish at 10 under, one ahead of Adam Bland who couldn't quite complete a wire to wire win.
Woods played the last six holes in six under including two eagles to surge up the leaderboard and finish fourth.
Following his round Woods committed to return next year, and hopes next time to bring some more top US players with him.
