Facebook is wonderful. It’s great to have friends both professional and amateur from all over the world and hear of their successes.
I've been following the progress of a fb friend Edward Loar who was trying to get into his first ever US Open as a 34 year old PGA Tour rookie. I'm sure lots of pros will know him from mini tours over the years. And fair play to him, he finally made thru in Columbus. Watch out for the name Ed Loar at the Olympic Club! Dream come true. Congratulations from GCD!
Well done also to another fbf Sam Osborne who also made it through US Open 
qualy. Sam posted a pic of the scoreboard with the good news. We will be watching out for both for you guys!
