I just came across this home video of Hogan at his great friend George Coleman’s house, pelting balls into the ocean. If you look closely at 3.00 minutes in, you can see the ball actually land out in the water.
There’s a lovely Hogan grip lesson in there too. It’s terrific stuff. Coleman died within days of Hogan in 1997.
