Jordan Spieth has just announced he is to withdraw from the Rio Olympics Golf tournament after voicing his concerns that the Zika virus could cause hair loss.

In a statement Spieth said:
"Our people out in Rio have advised us that a few Zika sufferers had reported a thinning of their hair, and after careful consideration and discussing with my family and hairdresser I've come to the conclusion that's a risk I'm not prepared to take at this time. I do plan to have children of my own in due course and would like them to see me with hair, not totally bald."
