Having had my own food safety consultancy business for 10 years, lets just say I won't be heading to Joe's BBQ place next time I'm in Kansas.

Robert Streb visited on a PGA Tour video yesterday.

First it's worth pointing out that the back of Joe's looks more a slaughterhouse than a high risk food prep area!

"We're taking all that fat, all that caramelization all that bark....that's where all the good stuff is,"  says Darren who is wearing the same hat and clothes he was probably shovelling shit in before he went into work.

That's the good stuff alright Darren, if you want Salmonella and a massive coronary!
