Tiger Woods has booked the world’s media to make a “special announcement” later today. I wonder what the hell he could want now? It couldn’t be news of a pull out, because he’s already done that. It couldn’t be news about women, he’s already done those. It couldn’t be news of a sponsor, because he has lost all of those.
So what the hell could be so important to cause him to deflect media attention on British Open week? A break for the rest of 2011? Retirement?
