An as yet unnamed member of the Nike social media staff got his knuckles wrapped by bosses today after inadvertently leaving a pair of sweaty knickers in a Rory McIlroy gym picture posted on instagram.

The man, one of 1,400 Nike social media employees whose task it is to post cool things on behalf of the World number one, had only been with the company two weeks and was stationed in the "McIlroy Workout Pictures Division."  According to sources the employee had been aware of the policy that sweat must be sprayed on any t-shirt associated with a McIlroy workout picture, but was unaware that Rory's sweaty kaks had to be removed from the shot.

The post was taken down shortly after appearing and replaced by one without the offending skids.
