If you were hell bent on accusing Tiger Woods of being on performance enhancing drugs, now when he's in the middle of the biggest loss of form of his career would not be the cleverest time to try to get traction.

Yet PGA player Dan Olsen went on the US national airwaves the other day and claimed Wood was serving a "one month" suspension for PED usage.

Luckily Olsen was held to account for his comments and has since retracted everything he said and apologized to Tiger.

On the same channel as he made the comments, WVFN-AM, Olsen said "I retract the entire interview,  My comments were ill-advised. I want to apologize to Nike, the PGA Tour, Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods and Tim Finchem."
