The European Tour are this evening dealing with a revolt amongst players angry at how windy they set up Irish Open venue Royal County Down.

Players Committe Chairman Thomas Bjorn is currently en route to the venue from a safe house in Denmark where he's dealing with his own personal shit to manage the situation.

"Why did they set up the bloody course so goddamn windy" said Tom Winslot who finished in a tie for 77th earlier. "I mean they should never have put the wind at more than 15 miles an hour maximum; are they trying to make us look stupid?

More as it emerges.
