A big crosswind may have curbed the distance at the finals of the 2015 World Long Drive Championship but it didn't take away from Tim Burke's 394-yard winning bomb to beat Jeremy Easterly in the final.

Underdog Easterly made the final after beating an off form Jamie Sadlowski in the semi final.  Sadlowski continually put his efforts out of bounds and even left the stage in a panic to find a tee before his final shot.

“I just wanted to make sure I put a good golf swing on it … and I hit it pretty good,” the winner Burke said shortly after claiming his $150,000 first-place prize. “I got dedicated this year, got a little better golf swing, learned how to handle the pressure a little better and everything came together tonight.”

Burke uses a Krank Golf Formula 5 driver, 3.5 degree, Squared face with Fujikura Flywire LD XXX flex 48″ shaft.
