The draw for the first two rounds of The 2016 Masters has been made and as always there are going to be some players very happy with the pairings and others not so pleased.  I've had a look at the groupings and selected the fives that I think the players will be best pleased with.

Louis, Dufner And Reed

This is a super group for all three men. There may not be much chat, but that might be a good thing!

Zach, Rickie and Jin

Zach and Rickie can bounce off each other, Jin will be a quiet third.  This actually might make it easier for the Americans.

Phil, Leishman and Henrik

Looks on paper to be the best grouping of the lot.  All three are live contenders and they will surely feed off each other.

Spieth, Casey and DeChambeau

Traditional to have the defending champ with the US Amateur winner and Paul Casey will make this a very high greens in regulation grouping.

Rors, Kaymer and Haas

This couldn't have worked out better for Rory. Last off on Thursday and not too early (11.05am) on Friday.  Kaymer may not be on super form right now but he'll be the perfect gentleman as will Bill Haas.  These three will be delighted with the draw.
