mcilryRory McIlroy has won the 2011 UBS Hong Kong Open in stunning fashion by chipping in on the last for a round of 65, 12 under par. A fantastic exhibition and a crucial up and down on the 13th saw McIlroy move forward while the rest of the field move backward on the tough final day layout.

Gregory Havret finished second with Peter Hanson third.

The chip in on the last was met met with a huge outpouring of emotion from Rors who repeatedly punched the air and hugged caddie JP.  The win was made all the sweeter after two previous second place finishes in the tournament and sets up a winner take all scenario between himself and Luke Donald in Dubai next week.
