My man on the course at Augusta followed Tiger for every second of his practice yesterday at Augusta and reported back that he played "brilliant."  

Better still was Woods happy demeanor to pretty much everyone. Instead of the eyes front stare, Woods stopped, chatted, smiled and laughed with pretty much everyone he encountered.

But back to his golf and there was no sign of his chipping yips as Woods spun a few wedges to attention at the hole.



"It's been a process," Woods said playing down the improvement "But I'm on the good side now."

Meanwhile PaddyPower still have Woods out at 50/1 despite his telling reporters he can now compete.  "It's a progression. I felt like I had to get my game into a spot where I could compete to win a golf tournament, and it's finally there."

This is getting interesting!
