I had to do a double take when I saw these workout regime Tweets from Rory McIlroy.  They are hugely impressive. And this guy is a golfer!

640 kms cycling, 1038 kms running, 3300 lengths of the swimming pool and 6720 minutes spent stretching. Wow!

6720 minutes. That's 112 hours or 4 days and 16 hours. Just stretching!

 He also posted this comparison chart of his regime in 2011 compared to today with the tagline "More Pies than Pull-Ups in 2011".
