If you were cheering at the news that Sky Sports lost the rights to the PGA Championship in favour of the (free to air) BBC you might not be so excited to learn that the Beeb are to just show two hours of the final round on Sunday to TV viewers.  Full coverage will only be available via the red button for viewers with a Sky box or equivalent.  And that means no pause and no record!

In total the BBC will show just six hours of the year's final Major on TV.  eir Sport were quick to swoop at the news and announced they will show full coverage of all four days.

BBC TV viewers will get 55 minutes of TV coverage on BBC Two on Thursday night at 11.20pm.
, 70 minutes on Friday and Saturday and two hours and 15 minutes of golf from 10pm on Sunday.

For viewers with access to a red button on Sky box or equivalent, full coverage will be on the BBC each day from 6pm.
