With just minutes left to go on Transfer Deadline Day Sky Sports sources are reporting that Rory McIlroy has had an audacious £130 million bid to sign Jordan Spieth's Putting Stroke accepted.

Spieth's Putting Stroke has been rumoured to be keen on a move to McIlroy amid practice ground reports that it is being bullied by other underperforming clubs in the bag.

Earlier this Summer Spieth's management team said the Putting Stroke would not be sold for any price and would serve out the remaining two years of its contract having signed from Zach Johnson in 2013 for £8 million.

Since then, Team McIlroy have ramped up pressure to sign the 24 year old Putting Stroke, even mooting that a swap deal involving Rory's Driver Swing plus £100 million would be considered.

It is believed that Manchester City did attempt to scupper the McIlroy deal with an increased counter offer to bring Spieth's Putting Stroke to the Etihad, just because they could.

Unconfirmed pictures have been posted on Twitter claiming to be Spieth's putting stroke arriving at Fort Lauderdale airport in Florida where it is expected to undergo a medical.

More as it emerges.
