Pope Francis has once again avoided making comment on the slow play issue during his weekend visit to Ireland.

Despite hopes among several advocacy groups that he would finally address the issue, the Pontiff made no reference to slow play on Tour, six hour rounds, corruption or cover ups in handing out one stroke penalties during his homily to large crowds in the Phoenix Park.
