What a show. Just what a show.  Everything about the BMW PGA Championship was terrific.  The course, the weather, the crowds, the golf, no stone was left unturned in presenting the European Tour's flagship event with its best foot forward.

And what a super champion in Danny Willett. We've watched Danny's best at The Masters, we've seen him suffer dark days and now we are witnessing the rebirth of a champion. A hard working family Yorkshireman who's done good.

Oh Danny boy the 2020 Ryder Cup is calling!

How He Did It

Danny still uses the Callaway Rogue driver and hit 64% of his fairways for the week while averaging 297.4 yards. To be successful on the West Course you have to find the greens in regulation and nobody found more than his 56 using his Callaway 2018 X Forged irons.  Willett ranked third in the field in Putts Per Green In Regulation with a clip of 1.606 using his Odyssey StrokeLab Tuttle and in total for the week he amassed 24 birdies and one eagle versus just four bogeys and one double (on the third hole of day one).
