Stephan Jaeger's ball heading towards the hole for a 58.
Nice work by Tad Ridings who had the wherewithal to whip out his phone just in time to record Stephan Jaeger's momentous putt for a 58 on the Tour.

Jaeger made 12 birdies in the PGA satellite Tour's Ellie Mae Classic yesterday.

The 27-year-old German could even afford the luxury of 3-wood off the tee and a layup to 95 yards on the final hole, a par-5.

"We had a good strategy for that hole," Jaeger said. "I was going to play it as a three-shot hole and take the bunker out of play off the tee and at worse make par."

In the end this was the putt for the record breaking 58.
