I've been out and about at The Open in Royal Portrush over the past few days and it has been unreal.

The course is amazing, the internal out of bounds should not be an issue for the best players in the world; this is a Major, and neither Rory nor any other player hitting an iron or hybrid off the first can blame them for problems.

As for Tiger, he's been walking like a man in pain all week. And its a bad sign when a man has to sit on the ground to tie his shoelaces.

Yesterday I spent the day watching Brooks with Bob and Sherry Koepka. Facebook friends for years it was great to meet Bob and we hit it off straight away with plenty of banter!

Caught up to with Chris Dunbar and friends in Rathmore Golf Club beside Portrush. Seven years on since the 2012 Irish Open, we recreated our picture! Super people.

I also spent time with the Mizuno Truck team and saw the new copper underlay on the MP 20 iron.

Great guys.
My playing partners yesterday were the McLoughlin family. John senior and junior, James and Teresa.

Met this guy too. Does impressions. Living the dream Conor!

And we are glad that the pros are enjoying the layout in Portrush after we validated the changes!

Loving The Open and I'll report again later.
