It's T-minus less than a year to the anchoring ban on putting and players (who use long putters) are beginning to get desperate in a bid to remain competitive when the ban kicks in.
Kevin Stadler has certainly been creative.  He plans to putt left-handed with a regulation putter.
"Just going backward with a little short one," The Smallrus told reporters. "I've putted my whole life as a kid cross-handed, and when I was a really little kid, I played left-handed for a little bit. It feels comfortable. That's probably what I'm going to do."
Despite winning in Phoenix last year, Stadler hasn't finished in the top 150 in the putting stats for the last four seasons.
Must have an epic game tee to green!
