While I still don't think Tiger Woods is anywhere near being back to his brilliant best, he can look back at some very impressive stats in his T18 performance at the Quicken Loans National.

Tiger ended the week with a healthy driving clip of 315.9 yards, good enough for second in the field behind Jason Kokrak (319 yard avg), and while he still retains that destructive tendency with the driver, he did hit 36 fairways in regulation.

Woods T29 Greens In Regulation clip of 53 stacked up respectably against Troy Merritt's 58 greens hit, and with 114 putts Tiger took only two more than the winner.

So, lots of positives for Woods, but still work to do with that driver and avoiding the odd calamity.
