We saw in 2019 that Tiger Woods is still capable of winning Majors. His Masters win in April brought his Major count to 15, just three shy of Jack Nicklaus' record and if you think for one second Tiger will rest easy and be happy with his lot, think again. To turn up at the Zozo Championship, in late October 2019, and destroy the field just showed that, if he's injury free, Tiger still possesses a game head and shoulders above the world's best and can win any damn time he wants.

So let's look at Tiger Woods current odds for the 2020 Majors and examine his chances at the venues.
The 2020 Masters Tournament Augusta National, April 9-12
2020 PGA Championship, TPC Harding Park, May 14-17
U.S. Open, Winged Foot, June 18-21
The British Open, Royal St. George’s, July 16-19
Odds: Tiger Woods has opened with the shortest odds (9/1) in the latest 2020 Masters odds. His exhilarating victory at Augusta National ended a 14-year drought between major championships.
Tiger Woods will return to Augusta with five green jackets. Jack won six so apart from catching his Major total, there's an extra carrot there. Many pundits say Augusta is the ONLY place where a 44 year old Tiger can win a Major, as its wide and forgiving off the tee, and he knows its nuances like the back of his hand.
Odds: Tiger Woods 14/1
Apart from the Masters the PGA Championship is an interesting one for Tiger. It's the second major of the year and just a month after the Masters so fitness and being up to tournament speed should not be a problem. Also the host course will be TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, which hosted WGC events in 2005 and 2015.
In 2005 the WGC event was strokeplay and Woods won. (In 2015 it was matchplay and Rory McIlroy won). But as if that wasn't compelling enough, Harding Park also hosted the 2009 Presidents Cup where Woods produced arguably the greatest ever display of scoring for Team USA with a perfect haul of five points. He loves the venue, it suits his eye, his game of iron play and heavy par-4 scoring and this could well be a very viable Major target for Tiger in 2020.
Odds: Tiger Woods 16/1
The U.S. Open in 2020 is at Winged Foot in Mamaroneck, New York. A young Tiger Woods played the 1997 PGA Championship at the venue and tied 29th. He returned in 2006 for the U.S. Open and and missed the cut.
Odds: Tiger Woods 25/1
The Open Championship in 2020 is at Royal St. George’s in Sandwich, Kent. Where Darren Clarke famously won his Claret Jug in 2011. Woods missed that event because of a knee injury, but he did play in the 2003 Open at Royal St. George’s and tied for fourth. The bookies clearly don't think Woods is aiming to peak in mid July but 25/1 is very tempting odds, if even for a place bet.
For me, the Tiger Woods win only bet in 2020 is 14/1 to win the PGA Championship at Harding Park. Get on it!
