This is a "designated event" with a massive 20 million dollar purse so Scheffler, Rory, Aberg will all be here. Of the leaders in the betting Patrick Cantlay is down at16/1and catches the eye. Out of form since a T4 at The Genesis, a T22 at Augusta belied some good stuff undone by a Sunday 76.  But his record at Hilton Head is incredible, five top-7 finishes from six starts. Might be worth a look!

Tommy Fleetwood 20/1

T7 in Texas, T3 at The Masters and surely with the way he's hitting it, a win must be coming soon. Tee to green he statistically playing THE best golf on the PGA Tour right now.  Fifth visit to The Heritage, his best finish is T10 but better is surely on the cards this week if the putts drop.

Shane Lowry 45/1

Good form through the Cognizant, the Arnie, decent at The Players and then did that trip to Singapore a couple of weeks before The Masters that kindof knocked things out of kilter.  Will find the putts at Harbour Town way easier and to his liking that the 126 of them needed at Augusta and knows how to work his ball around the course to really thrive here.  T3 in 2022 and 2019.

Sepp Straka 70/1

Finally showing some form on the PGA Tour with two T16 finishes at the Players and The Masters. Straight driving will set a good foundation for Harbour Town, it's a plotters course. Best of T3 here in 2022.

Brian Harman 40/1

It's been a tough golfing month for Brian. After a T2 at The Players he'd have expected better than a missed cut at the Valspar, and a Masters which was all over after a Thursday 81. Given that'll he'll have had his game in shape for Augusta, then the weekend off, there's a strong possibility he'll strike back here.  Three top-10's, a par 71, a straight hitting thinking man's course, could have an each way look.

Cameron Young 28/1

Gutsed out a T9 at The Masters after a solo second at The Valspar.  Bang in form but yet to win on the PGA Tour.  Shot an opening 63 around Harbour Town in 2022, came back the next day and shot 73!  Finished T3 then but that's golf!

Long Odds Glory Tip

Emiliano Grillo 125/1

Overpriced at 125/1. He's out there after a poor Players and Masters, but Grillo's game is much more suited to a week like this.  Lost in a playoff in 2021 when Stewart Cink won.
