Its has been a disappointing id Summer for Kaymer after failing to make an impression at the WGC Bridgestone then missing the cut when defending at the PGA. However last weeks second in the Swiss Alps is the German’s fourth top 10 of the season and he seems bang in form to defend here in Holland. Won by a country mile last year in very murky conditions thanks to a great putting display. Of the top three of Kaymer, McIlroy and Westwood, it looks like Kaymer’s form on the greens gives him the best chance of trio this week.bet now

I bet Dyson wishes the KLM Open was being staged in Kennemer where eh won in 2006 and 2009 but alas it’s in Hilversum where he didn’t fare so well last year. Tied 16^th last week even with a third round 74. I think there’s another Tour win in him this season to add to the Irish Open.bet now

Surely Jamie Donaldson is due a win soon. Proved he could mix it with the big boys last week in Crans tying third. That was the Welshman’s sixth top 10 of the season. Didn’t play in this event on its return to Hilversum last year but has some good if rather distant memories of the track from 2003 when he tied fourth.bet now

After tying second at the Iberdrola Open which Darren Clarke won back in May, David Lynn missed seven of his next eight cuts, breaking par just once in Scotland. Last week he clicked into gear with four rounds in the 60’s including a final round 65 to tie sixth. He is bound to be buoyant this week returning to Hilversum, the site of his only Tour win back in 2004.bet now

Nicolas Colsaerts 80/1

The gigantic hitting Belgian Nicolas Colsaerts returns to the European Tour this week after a spell out with an elbow injury. Nico fell off his rented scooter on his way into Sandwich before this years Open and injured his elbow. Now fully recovered Colsaerts has been in the USA with Dave Stockton and reports no problem with the injury. The Volvo China Open winner shot a 62 in round one last year (and tied eighth) and if the weather stays fine don’t discount a good finish from the returning powerhouse.bet now

Best Of The Rest

Gonzo Castano (60/1) seems to be returning to some form after top 25’s in the Czech Republic and Switzerland last week. He won on the course in 2005 and tied fourth on the events return to Hilversum last year. The home favourite Joost Luiten (70/1) has a best of second in 2007 and finished 15^th last week. Started well last year before fading in the rain at the weekend. bet now
